Performance Service Line Manager

We are looking for a new Service Line Manager to support the growth of our Performance Management service line.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have to follow and ensure the delivery of end-to-end digital transformation processes in the world of performance measurement and Integrated Planning, manage relationships with clients and project stakeholders, understanding business needs and objectives to be achieved, and communicate effectively with vendors and technology partners, supporting the client in the processes of analysis, requirements gathering and design.

You will be expected to organize and coordinate a heterogeneous team of professionals, enhancing and developing the potential of each resource, ensuring their growth (skills and new resources) in line with the Performance Area and company targets.

The position requires knowledge of the technology platforms of the reference market, the ability to maintain the relative delivery quality standard, and the willingness to get involved and face challenges and new opportunities by giving your best every day for your personal and team growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Profiles with at least 5 years of experience in software implementation, digital transformation and project management in the Performance Management field

Experience with Board and Power BI platforms (preferred requirement)

Relevant work experience in analysis, development and design of Performance Measurement and Integrated Planning models

Familiarity with systems, technologies and standards that enable business processes (such as ERP, document flow, systems integration)

Fluent English (knowledge of other languages such as French or Spanish is a plus)

Excellent communication skills, in expressing and representing new ideas, approaches and solutions

Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and work effectively with team members

Flexibility and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad if necessary

Performance Team Delivery Leader

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a new Team Delivery Leader to support the growth of our Performance Management service line.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The resource will be expected to follow and ensure the delivery of end-to-end digital transformation processes within the framework of Performance Management and Integrated Planning projects, communicate effectively with vendors and technology partners, and support the client in the processes of analysis, requirements gathering and design.

Analytical and business process extraction, representation and optimization skills are required.

The resource will also be expected to support the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating the team of professionals and in achieving project delivery targets.

The willingness to get involved and to face challenges and new opportunities by giving the best every day, for one's own personal development and that of the team, is a fundamental requirement for the role of Team Delivery Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

Profiles with at least 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, digital transformation and project management in the Performance Management field

Familiarity with systems, technologies and standards that enable business processes (such as ERP, document flow, systems integration)

Fluent English (knowledge of other languages such as French or Spanish is a plus)

Excellent communication skills, in expressing and representing new ideas, approaches and solutions
